The meat will be ready within two weeks.&nbsp; If you'd like to order a bundle, now's the time.&nbsp; And yes, there will be HOT DOGS!&nbsp; Yah!<br /><br />Prices for bundles remain at $5/lb. for presale. &nbsp; Prices will be going up for retail sale to cover costs, so if you are interested in getting some grass fed beef, now's the time.&nbsp;<br /><br />10 lb bundle&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;$50&nbsp;&nbsp; 1/2 ground in 1 lb packages, a roast, and a couple steaks (sirloin)<br />20 lb bundle&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;$100&nbsp;1/2&nbsp;ground in 1 lb packages, two roasts, and a several steaks (sirloin and strip)<br />40 lb bundle&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; $200&nbsp;1/2&nbsp;ground in 1 lb packages, four roasts, and a lots 'o steaks (sirloin, strip, and FILET)<br /><br />Hot dogs can be substituted for any portion of the ground meat for $1.50/lb extra (they cost a lot more to make).<br /><br />I need to gather the funds to pay the processor and for the steers, so if you are interested, please bring the funds tomorrow or paypal me.&nbsp; I'll be there with eggs, chicken, beef, and various other items.<br /><br />I expect about 10-12 vendors for this first market to include:<br />Posh Pierogies<br />Knife Sharpening<br />Smookies Cookies<br />KC Coffee<br />Bonnie's Breads<br />Summit Croissants<br />Santee Jams and Jellies<br />Apples<br />And several more new and old vendors with several more who will&nbsp;be joining the market in the weeks to come<br /><br />There will be live violin music by Catherine Kei Fukuda starting around 10.&nbsp; Bring the kids along to play in the kids nook&nbsp;while you shop, some old books to swap out at the book swap stand, and don't forget your market bag!&nbsp; Keep your eye out for articles on the&nbsp;KWM&nbsp;in the Courier and Beacon on the market in the days to come.<br /><br />Also, I've acquired a new supplier of Grass Fed Beef here in Randolph, the Wanchick&nbsp;family.&nbsp; I have tremendous confidence in the product (humane treatment, no grain, no chemicals)&nbsp;and will have more flexibility as to processing and&nbsp;labelling (we'll see about the hot dogs, too!)&nbsp;
